"We are honored to follow (the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran) Imam Khomeini (RA) and his teachings,” Sheikh Ka’bi said during the meeting.

Elsewhere, he commented on the terrorist groups active in Syria, and said the terrorist group Al-Nusra Front is fully supported by Qatar while Saudis support Ahrar al-Sham.

"We extracted this information by interrogating terrorist captives. Thus, according to the information we say that we are not fighting a single enemy but 140 countries.”

He said that Turkey also explicitly supports terrorist groups in Syria.

"Most of these terrorist groups have an official base in Turkey and operate explicitly. They are based in Ankara and this country is still the best pathway for them to enter Syria.”

Referring on the horrible conditions of the Shia Muslims in Syria, he said before the conflicts, Al-Fu'ah and Kafria - two Shia cities in the Arab country- used to have a population of 30,000 people but after the war thousands of people left and currently there are only 10 to 15 thousand people living in these cities.

Secretary General of Iraq’s Nujaba Islamic resistance movement is in Iran for talks with senior officials on regional issues.

Nujaba is an Iraqi Islamic resistance movement thousands of whose members are involved in the campaign against terrorist groups like Daesh (ISIL or ISIS).
