TEHRAN (IQNA) – An exhibition titled “Most Beautiful Manuscripts of Morocco” has been underway at the Public Library of Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates.

Moroccan Quranic Manuscripts On Display in Sharjah


According to Sky News, the exhibition features more than 30 rare manuscript copies of the Holy Quran, Arabic books and writings of Muslim scholars in jurisprudence, Shariah, linguistics and sciences.

It was opened by Sharjah Book Association and the Ministry of Culture and Relations of Morocco.

The event will continue until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

The main objective of the exhibition is to introduce the rich Islamic Arabic heritage and boost cultural interactions between the two countries.

There are also manuscript copies of Nabawi Hadiths and historical books on display at the exhibition.
