Hojat-ol-Islam Qazi-Askar in this meeting hailed the two countries’ ties in the field of Hajj and hoped they will further develop.
He said the two countries have valuable experiences in Hajj affairs that can share with each other and help in better organization of the annual pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
Erbas, for his part, hailed his talks with Iranian officials on cooperation in different areas of the Hajj pilgrimage as positive.
He noted that Iran and Turkey are among the Muslim countries with the highest number of Hajj pilgrims and said they can share their experiences in this field for better organization of Hajj.
