Al-Balagh Organization and Ja’fari Association of Alipur town in North district in the state of Delhi will cooperate in holding the program.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mahdi Mahdavipour and Seyyed Javad Madhloumi, representatives of the Islamic Revolution’s Leader in India and Myanmar, Seyyed Zaki Baqeri, head of Al-Mahdi Islamic Center in Canada, Mohammad Askari, head of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) Center in Delhi, Akhtar Abbasjan, director of Lucknow Seminary, Seyyed Adel Reza Tanzanian activist, Seyyed Salman Abedi, translator of Nahj-ul-Balaqa into the Urdu language from Alipur and Hassan Himad, Lebanese author and researcher will deliver speeches in the program.
There will also be speakers from Bangalore, including Seyyed Emtiaz Heydar, Seyyed Alam Reza and Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Ali Baqer and Mahmoud Shah from Thailand.
Elegy recitations on the occasion will be another part of the program, which will start at 7:30 p.m. local time.
Ayatollah Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini, better known as Imam Khomeini, engineered Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, which led to the overthrow of the US-backed Shah of Iran.
Imam Khomeini passed away on June 3, 1989, at the age of 87.
